Whether I’m pitching a new platform vision or mapping UX flows, I bring both imaginative thinking and structured follow-through. My work is driven by curiosity, empathy, and a love for crafting interactive experiences that are as delightful as they are technically sound.

    Associate Principal Designer (June 2023 - present)

    • Serve as the lead designer for physical-digital games, owning both gameplay and app design vision

    • Design UX flows, early wireframes, and interaction guidance for apps

    • Manage cross-functional teams, licensors, developers, and stakeholders to align on experience quality and delivery

    • Navigate the complexity of concurrent physical and digital development schedules, ensuring cohesion and quality

    Product Design Manager (August 2021 - May 2023)

    • Directed game and UX design for Twister Air, recipient of 2023 Game of The Year and two Webby Awards

    • Led a multidisciplinary team through concept development, iterative testing, UX refinement, and production across physical and digital systems

    • Developed mentorship practice, growing junior designers through hands-on coaching

    • Reintroduced digital gameplay into the Hasbro Gaming pipeline, securing buy-in from leadership through pitches, prototypes, and strategic alignment

    Senior Product Designer (October 2019 - July 2021)

    • Created documentation for cross-disciplinary teams, including GDDs and flowcharts to guide cohesive execution

    • Led testing and QA efforts, organizing play sessions, user feedback reviews, and app build evaluations

    • Coordinated cross-functional development for platform and launch title; navigated timelines, tech integration, and licensing approvals for a polished product experience

    Product Designer (May 2017 - September 2019)

    • Coordinated internal teams and external licensors, and developed games for upcoming film and streaming series

    • Drove end-to-end product design for interactive play systems, from early ideation to final launch, across both physical and digital touchpoint
